High Yellow Tip 2 to Multipy Effectiveness

Dear High Yellow

Your ability to continually generate fresh ideas is a good thing, however out of this strength grows the weakness of inability to focus your attention, which is a limiting pattern that can  hold you back from achieving what you want.

To be more effective you need to erase and replace this limiting pattern by developing the habit of thinking clearly.This is a skill, and it can be learned.

TIP: To help you develop the habit of clarity,you must learn how to be more Specific in everything you do. 

 To help you clarify your thinking start using what Dale Carnegie called

 the "Six Honest Serving Men".  Before taking action, Ask yourself, who, what, when, where, how, and why? 
Focus on answering the 5W's and the H when talking with others and you will be amazed about how much you will learn about people and how your relationships will be enriched as a result.

Write it down to make it happen!

You can be better if you learn how to talk to yourself in carefully worded positive statements that if repeated on a regular basis will help you to replace old programming . 

Mentally or audibly  say, "Be Specific"." Be Specific"
Put it on a 3 x5 card and review it several times each day.

This is a “right thing” that when practiced, people will start recognizing that you're doing something differently. They will start to give you positive reinforcement, and with continuous application.,you will not get into the habit of seeing things more clearly, you will be empowered with valuable new skill.

Hi I am Josef Mayer... from Austria

I am glad to be in the team of high yellowers, based on the questionaire.

I am the the moment on the transition from CSC where I am Key Account Mgr to S&T IMG where I will be the Sales Mgr Manufacturing Austria and Germany.

I will there be responsible for all Sales with Manufactruing Customers, to name some BMW, Daimler, MAN some in GY and some big ones in Austria, VOEST, MAGNA..

What was very interesting was a psych. Test at the selection process, showing that I am highly Yellow, that means, very convincing, goal oriented, fucussed, no details,
optimistic, and very good in postive negotiating.

So these characteristics gave them the decision, to give me that job.

In Ecademy I am very happy, that there exists a club with high yellows managed by James Knight, who brought me also into that club.

so, this is a very short introduction to others.

Breaking News for iMA High Yellow Singles!

If you are a High Yellow  and single when it comes to dating, the best potential mates are other High Yellows according to a recent study by researchers from the University of California at Berkeley.

After monitoring unsolicited messages of over 3000 members of an online dating site

researchers concluded that High Yellow users were drawn to other High Yellows.

According to the report, the researchers claim the results prove that opposites do not attract at all, and that like is drawn towards like.

Another recent study in the US produced similar results, but found that single men and women like to claim that they were attracted to someone who was there opposite.

The researchers then conducted a follow-up study of more than 1 million users and found a similar result-concluding that when it comes to dating, potential mates stick to someone who is on the same wavelength. Meaning that if you are a High Yellow that you should look to other High Yellows in finding your perfect partner.

Their answers show that although most High Yellows showed a preference for other High Yellows however, 

87.5% of the participants still claimed that they wanted to find a High Green partner.

The researchers suggested that many like the romantic notion that opposites attract, even if they did not apply it in real life.

Because High Yellows are the complete opposite to High Greens they:

• Think differently.
• Decide differently
• Use time differently
• Work at a different pace
• Communicate differently
• Handle emotions differently
• Manage stress differently
• Deal with conflicting opinions differently

These facts help explain why it's quite a stretch for High Yellows to maintain fulfilling relationships with High Greens, and with a divorce rate of nearly 50% the more you think about it, the less surprising it is.
